Just as their slogan reads, “No Kidding. No Catch”, Dilsheimer Communities will place the first twelve months worth of principal and interest payments into a secure escrow account. Each month for the first year of the loan, an automatic payment will be made from the account and applied towards the borrower’s loan payment. Customers will not have an extra year added to their mortgage, nor will they have a large balloon payment to expect at the end of their loan term.
