ADVANCE AUTO PARTS SIGNS TEN YEAR LEASE IN DELMAR, DE
Bradley Gillis, CCIM, a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the former Floor Trader, a ten thousand square foot building located in Delmar, DE will soon be occupied by Advance Auto Parts. An out of town broker represented Advance Auto Parts in the 10 year lease, and Bradley Gillis, CCIM represented the Landlord.
Housing woes lead to Freeman layoffs
FENWICK ISLAND -- Feeling the pinch of a sluggish real estate market, Bayside in Fenwick Island has cut nearly 30 percent of its home building staff.The layoffs won't curtail the project's final buildout of 1,640 homes, said Patti Grimes, vice president of the community division for Carl M. Freeman Associates.
